Does 10mg apply to IM doses as well?

I enjoyed the discussion about using lower doses of IV ketorolac, however, I question the implied translation that we can also reduce IM ketorolac based on this IV study. I do wonder if duration of pain relief is reduced if the dosing is less. It definitely made me reconsider my practice and I will look into it more. Thank you.
