With the evidence at hand could you expand on prophylactic antivirals in "at risk groups"(young, elderly, immunocompromised, etc.)? I have seen that some recommendations call for this.

Hi Lucas, There are recommendations to use in these groups but there is not sufficient data that show a decreased mortality. It appears to be more empiric coverage for these patient populations.
