David S. -

Code Blue called for syncopal episode in primary care clinic. Heart rate noted to be 190 BPM, history of AVnRT per patient and is awaiting ablation. Failed normal valsalva, states it has never worked in the past. Used this technique and worked like a charm. Thanks for helping my patients and me!
