In Covid -19 an alternative to jet nebulisation is -nasal oxygen with the spacer if PPE is not good In severe cases IM EPINEPHRINE 0.1mg/kilogram or subcutaneous terbutaline plus Oxygen by mask is a option . -With severe croup Epinephrine by nebulisation will be necessary -the only alternative is epinephrine mediinhalers -Medihaler -E
