In regards to what was mentioned at the start of this podcast, if you are getting the feeling like no one is behind the wheel or you do not see a leader taking the reins, then guess what? YOU'RE the leader that needs to fill that void. If you are a physician in your clinic, you are like the captain of your ship (or a pilot of your plane), and the staff are looking to you for leadership, regardless of your administration. Stay updated, stay in touch with your administration, order the masks or hand sanitizer yourself from your personal Amazon account and have it delivered to your clinic, if you have to. We're all in this together, and sometimes, during a crisis especially, the leader is not appointed or elected but simply the one who can remain levelheaded when everyone else is in panic.
