Diazepam (long-acting) CIWA 10-15 FIXED
Day 1: 20 mg BID-QID (40-80 mg)
Day 2: 10 mg QID (40 mg)
Day 3: 10 mg BID (20 mg)
Day 4: 10 mg QHS (10 mg)

Gabapentin CIWA 0-15 FIXED
Day 1: 300 mg QID (1200 mg)
Day 2: 300 mg TID (900 mg)
Day 3: 300 mg BID (600 mg)
Day 4: 300 mg daily (300 mg)
