Sore elbows abound in the primary care clinic, and often epicondylitis is to blame. Vanessa and Adrien review the evidence around two commonly used braces - the wrist extension splint and the counter-force forearm brace.  Turns out neither has a clear advantage and may not even be better than expectant management, but, hey, at least we got to hear Vanessa say “nubbin”.
