Used for excluding tiredness and fatigue at all ages - "just in case " exclude an organic cause -and many visits are for over 65 with a high incidence of chronic diseases especially with obesity . -Many patients are on anti- hypertensives, lipid lowering medications, diabetes or treatments for arthritis -for them regular blood checks- lipid and glucose plus Electrolytes Creatinine CPK and Liver Function tests are felt necessary .
