I was really happy to come across this topic since it does come up occasionally with patients and finding a good therapy is difficult. I find it particularly challenging because of the prn nature of it, some nights, not nightly. when traveling etc.
I appreciated the review but was disappointed that once the dopamine agonists were put out there as the best management tool, how and dosages were not really discussed at all.
Thank you as always!
