Freud contended that sex was a prime motivator of humanity (maybe not but it sound good)
I contend anxiety is the prime motivator of humanity. without it, we would not get much done.
I think it is important for people to understand that anxiety is ubiquitous and necessary to survival. To that end, I think it is vital to learn to handle anxiety with CBT. I am concerned with the emphasis on medication use.

I think we disease ify a lot of what is the common lot of life.
