The eformoterol - budesonide (symbicort) has the advantage that eformoterol is much faster acting so can be used for acute asthma sudden shortness of breathe wheeze and cough .
Salmeterol takes longer for peak bronchodilation .
The prices are unbelievably high compared to Australia Britain New Zealand and Europe .
Wrong Very Wrong for a land as wealthy as the USA .
