Had a patient come in today with what sounded like akathesia!!! perfect timing as I just listened to this portion this morning!
He was also complaining of poorly described muscle spasms-- is there any known correlation b/w spasms and second generation antipsychotics?
Attempted small dose of cogentin and will be seeing him back in 2-4 weeks.
